Concept & Budget: Contact Shinaz Constructions for scheduling an initial consultation about your dream home. Our expert team will be happy to discuss your ideas and concept. Based on your concept, we prepare a cost estimate which may vary depending upon your concept variations and mutual discussions.
Contract & Design: After acceptance of estimate, we compile the contract with all terms and conditions. Once the initial deposit is received, we work on site plans, floor plans, elevations.
Your Dream Home: After all consents and applications, timelines are agreed and construction commences. The Project manager keeps the client updated about each stage of the build. Upon completion, site is cleaned, final inspections are done and we arrange the handover of your dream home.
